• All payments must be submitted to:

  • Ask Rocky Desk, located on 2nd Floor--Student Union (Main Campus)

• Please print and fill out a Waiver Form, and submit it along with your payment at the Ask Rocky Desk.  If you are unable to print out this form, copies will be available there if you are unable to print it out.
